Warranty policy

Last Updated: August 22, 2026

At C-ZOBA, we are committed to supplying quality technology products and providing dependable after-sales support. This Warranty Policy explains the general warranty terms applicable to eligible products purchased directly from C-ZOBA.

1. Warranty Coverage
Warranty coverage depends on the specific product, manufacturer, model, and warranty period stated at the time of purchase.
Where applicable, products may be covered by a manufacturer's warranty, C-ZOBA warranty, or both. Customers should check the warranty information provided with their product or contact C-ZOBA for clarification.

2. What the Warranty Covers
Subject to the applicable warranty terms, coverage may include manufacturing defects or faults that occur during normal and intended use of the product.
Where a valid warranty claim is approved, C-ZOBA may, at its discretion and subject to product availability:

- Repair the product
- Replace the defective product or affected component
- Provide an equivalent replacement
- Offer another appropriate remedy under the applicable warranty

3. Warranty Period
The warranty period varies by product and manufacturer. The applicable warranty duration will be communicated on the product listing, invoice, warranty document, or at the time of purchase.
The warranty generally begins from the date of purchase or delivery, as specified by the applicable warranty terms.

4. What Is Not Covered
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the warranty does not cover damage or faults caused by:

- Accidental damage, drops, or physical impact
- Liquid, moisture, or water damage
- Improper use or installation
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Electrical surges or unstable power supply
- Negligence or misuse
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
- Damage caused by incompatible accessories, software, or components
- Damage resulting from failure to follow manufacturer instructions
- Lost or damaged removable accessories, unless specifically covered

For drones, CCTV systems, networking equipment, computers, phones, and other specialized products, additional manufacturer-specific exclusions may apply.

5. Warranty Claim Requirements
To make a warranty claim, customers may be required to provide:

- Original order number or invoice
- Proof of purchase
- Product serial number or IMEI where applicable
- Description of the fault
- Photos or videos showing the issue where necessary
- Original accessories or packaging where applicable

C-ZOBA may conduct an inspection or diagnostic assessment before approving a warranty claim.

6. Warranty Inspection
All warranty claims are subject to verification. A product may be inspected to determine whether the reported fault is covered under the applicable warranty.
If the inspection determines that the issue resulted from misuse, accidental damage, unauthorized modification, or another excluded cause, the warranty claim may be declined.

7. Warranty Repairs and Replacement
If a warranty claim is approved, C-ZOBA will determine whether the product should be repaired, replaced, or otherwise resolved based on the nature of the fault, availability of parts or replacement units, and applicable warranty terms.
Replacement products may be new, refurbished, or equivalent products where permitted by the applicable warranty.

8. Shipping and Warranty Service
Customers may be required to send or deliver products to a designated service location for inspection or warranty processing.
Where a warranty claim is confirmed to be valid, C-ZOBA will provide appropriate instructions regarding applicable shipping or service arrangements.
Customers should not send products to an address that has not been officially provided by C-ZOBA.

9. Warranty for Imported Products
Because C-ZOBA operates internationally and sources products from China and other markets, some products may carry international or manufacturer-specific warranties.
Warranty service may therefore be subject to the manufacturer's regional policies, availability of parts, authorized service arrangements, and applicable international procedures.

10. Warranty Does Not Affect Your Legal Rights
This Warranty Policy is intended to explain C-ZOBA's warranty arrangements and does not remove or limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

11. How to Make a Warranty Claim
Customers who experience a suspected warranty issue should contact C-ZOBA customer support with their order details and a description of the problem.
Our team will review the claim and provide instructions for the next steps.

12. Policy Updates
C-ZOBA reserves the right to update this Warranty Policy when necessary. The latest version will be published on our website.
