At C-ZOBA, we provide reliable nationwide delivery services to customers across Nigeria. Our products are shipped from China to Nigeria and delivered to customers through GIG Logistics (GIGL).

International Shipping
Orders originating from China are shipped to Nigeria through our logistics arrangements. Shipping times may vary depending on the product, order processing, customs clearance, and other circumstances affecting international transportation.

Nationwide Delivery in Nigeria
Once products arrive in Nigeria, we use GIGL for nationwide delivery. Customers can receive their orders at available GIGL delivery locations across Nigeria, subject to GIGL's coverage and delivery conditions.

Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the customer's location, product availability, shipping schedule, and logistics conditions. Customers will be provided with relevant delivery information when their order is processed.

Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate:

- Full name
- Phone number
- Delivery address or preferred GIGL location
- Other information required to complete delivery

Incorrect or incomplete delivery information may result in delays or additional delivery arrangements.

Tracking
Where tracking information is available, customers may receive a tracking reference that can be used to monitor their shipment through GIGL's tracking system.

Delivery Delays
While C-ZOBA and GIGL make reasonable efforts to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to customs clearance, weather, public holidays, transportation disruptions, high delivery volumes, or other circumstances beyond our control.

C-ZOBA will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in resolving delivery-related issues.
